Every listing has a report button. Suspicious listings, messages or users can be flagged for our team to review.
Private Contact Routing
Seller phone numbers are kept server-side. Initial contact is routed through ListNGo so your number is never exposed until you choose.
Escrow Option
For supported vehicle transactions, ListNGo offers an optional escrow flow to hold funds safely until inspection and handover are complete.
Meet in person whenever possible, preferably in a safe public location during daylight.
Inspect the item carefully before any payment. For vehicles, verify STNK, BPKB and frame/engine numbers match.
Never pay a deposit before seeing the item or before an in-person meeting has been arranged.
Be cautious of prices that seem too good to be true — they often are.
Use ListNGo's in-platform messaging for initial contact; avoid moving to external apps until you have met the seller.
Report any listing, message or user that asks for unusual payment methods or seems fraudulent.
