You can request deletion of your ListNGo account and associated personal data at any time. Operated by PT ListNGo Global Digital.
If you can still log in to your ListNGo account, this is the fastest way to delete it:
Deletion is processed immediately by our system. You will be logged out automatically once your account is removed.
If you no longer have access to your account, submit a deletion request below. Use the email address associated with your ListNGo account so we can locate and verify it. We may respond to confirm your identity before processing.
Deleted
Personal data such as your saved favourites, saved searches, wallet balance, seller verification records, notifications, and account profile are removed.
Anonymized
Your name and contact details in shared records (such as ongoing conversations and leads) are anonymized so the other party is not affected.
Retained where required
Limited information from completed transactions, offers, escrow records, and fraud/abuse reports may be retained for legitimate legal, security, and accounting purposes. Your active listings are ended (removed from the marketplace) but kept for referential integrity.
Processing
Deletion requests submitted through the app are processed immediately by our system. Requests submitted via the form above are reviewed by our team and processed as soon as your identity is confirmed.
